Here is a simple recipe for a homemade herbal face pack:
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons dried herbs (such as chamomile, lavender, or rose petals)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon carrier oil (such as almond oil or jojoba oil)
Instructions:
- Place the herbs in a small bowl and pour the hot water over them. Let the mixture steep for 20-30 minutes.
- Strain the herbs and discard them.
- In a small bowl, mix the herbal infusion, honey, and carrier oil.
- Apply the mixture to your face and neck, avoiding the eye area.
- Leave the face pack on for 15-20 minutes.
- Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry.
You can store the leftover face pack in the refrigerator for up to a week. Just be sure to shake it well before each use to remix the ingredients.
