Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup liquid castile soap
- 1/4 cup herbal infusion (you can use chamomile, lavender, or any other herbs of your choice)
- 10-20 drops of essential oils (optional)
Instructions:
- Make an herbal infusion by steeping 1/4 cup of dried herbs in 1/2 cup of boiling water for about 20-30 minutes. Strain the herbs and reserve the liquid.
- In a small bowl, mix the herbal infusion, liquid castile soap, and essential oils (if using).
- Transfer the mixture to a bottle or container with a tight-fitting lid.
- To use the shampoo, shake the bottle well and then massage a small amount into your wet hair.
- Rinse your hair thoroughly with water.
You can store the shampoo at room temperature for up to a week, or in the refrigerator for up to a month. You may need to shake the bottle before each use to remix the ingredients.
